Bug Description
the new trunk release achieved the nice idea of a ware cost menu as a popup in the building menu. problem is, that the whole box moves upwards by one building unit, so that the intutional place for the building is a the wrong one. should be fix, so that the box doesnt get an upper enlargement, but a downer. right now, building a lumberjack means 1) openning the building menu 2)move cursor down onto lumberjack--->menu pops up 3) move cursor up to follow the box jump and build a lumberjack...i guess this was not the intention!

Yes, this is a known issue which has been around since the preview option was added. It is pretty annoying though, so I hope someone gets around to fixing it soon. (Btw, this issue is somewhar related to bug 1019585)
