Clicking on user account goes to oops

Bug Description

http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/user does not go anywhere. I would recommend setting it up as a place to specify hardware profile and to track work done and bugs submitted/linked.

This is an internal Drupal URL which isn't relevant when using SSO, sadly making it go away completely is quite hard and so far hasn't been worth the time.

Also noticed that my selected Launchpad username (komputes) is no longer usable after merging My Launchpad accounts.

The QA website decided that komputes was no longer available and switched my username to davidbensimon.
