Bug Description
Recent changes to Nova have added the ability to generate instance passwords via POST. The Quantum proxy implementations only support GETs.

Windos guests rely heavily on this feature. Without it, there's no way to properly access generate a password and access a Windows guest. Is it possible to set the priority to high?
