Computer fails to come back from suspend

Bug Description
When I suspend my computer, it shuts down fine. However, when I try to resume it, I don't have a video signal. The computer turns back on, but no video signal. I try mouse movements and button presses, but I couldn't get video signal to come back. I eventually had to do a power switch shutdown in order to reboot the computer to re-enter elementary.
