empathy shows old icon when dragging in plank

When the icon for empathy is dragged in plank it changes to the old (blue) icon for empathy.

To reproduce:
Open Empathy, or have it docked in plank.
Drag it's icon as if to remove or change place.
Icon changes to the old Empathy icon.
