libxml2-dev won't install

Bug Description

The current libxml2-dev package in hoary requires libxml2 (= 2.6.11-5) which is
the current version but upon trying to install libxml2-dev I get:
    "libxml2-dev: Depends: libxml2 (= 2.6.11-5) but 2.6.15-1 is to be installed"

It works fine here. Please try:

- sudo apt-get update
- sudo apt-get install libxml2
- attach /etc/apt/sources.list
- attach /etc/apt/preferences (if present)
- attach the output of apt-config dump
