VPN network icon is unreadable against a dark background

Bug Description
It's very difficult to see if the VPN is still connected as the lock mini icon is dark grey and invisible with a dark wallpaper. With a white wallpaper it's barely visible. The associated network icon is also very dark compared to the other indicators.
