Bug Description

There is no linux-rt packages built for quantal and raring. We should return the kernel back in.

Pretty sure this bug is pointless, as linux-lowlatency should fill the need.

linux-lowlatency is good enough for most things.

If someone would like to package linux-rt, the Ubuntu Studio team would
be interested in adding it as a choice for audio folks with special low
latency needs.
In any case, though I would claim linux-rt to be a bit experimental in
nature, it does outperform linux-lowlatency. The downside are
difficulties in maintaining it, and the possibility of severe bugs
specific to linux-rt.
