Bug Description
I tried to edit a pdf file and loosed quality after saving it. Namely: the quality of the original document was much better, than the one of the edited one.
Additional info:
- PDF file - was made of a scanned picture.
- How I edited the document - just inserted a picture and added some text.
- System: Kubuntu 12.04 64 bit.
The original and edited (with a lost of quality) files are attached.
P.S. I did not have this issue (It seems), when I work with pdf-files made of text (e.g. exported text from LibreOffice)
To post a comment you must log in.
Additional bug noticed:
The edited file became VERYYYY big!
Original file: 153.6 kb
Edited: 15.8 Mb!!! (the photo, which I added to the file was only 2.2 Mb, so that is not the reason)
Please, add option, that the user can choose the quality, when saving pdf file.
