I see it too.

Steps to reproduce:
 * Open the Software Center
 * Select the "Accessories" group.
 * Search for "files"

no longer affects: nautilus
affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) → software-center (Ubuntu)

The problem is that in the app-install-data-ubuntu package we do have both nautilus:nautilus-home.desktop and nautilus:nautilus.desktop, and neither one has NoDisplay=true set. I guess the desktop file for the home folder should have NoDisplay set to true.
