Bug Description
I made my first unsuccessful attempt at adding MathJax Help today, and concluded we need Help on Help (since I'm an idiot ;-)
I've attached a screen shot of my first entry. Nothing but a blank screen shows up in the teacher view of the help. This process wasn't entirely for naught, however, since it did lead me to the following observations:
1. We should simply call it "Quiz Editing Help" rather than "MathJax Help", since the uninitiated teacher doesn't know LaTeX from MathJax nor do they care, and our Help screen should cover the basics of both.
2. It would be most helpful if the help screen was actually a pop-up window that could appear next to, rather than on top of, the main window.
3. It would also be most helpful if the Manager's view of the help dialog came with a minimal set of default (and working ;-) content. That could then be used as a guide for further editing.
