Bug Description
When downloading the Finance CSV, it would be great to know how many (in absolute number and percentage of the total) subscriptions are still missing merchant fees.
This will allow finance people to easily decide if the current finance report is "good enough", or if they should wait a few days to allow the merchants to settle their fees before requesting it again.

Check with finance: Is it ok to include this number in the CSV report itself, or do we need to report this in the browser?
If the latter, the easiest approach might be using a user message.
