"Exposing All Windows" from "Workspace View" freezes computer

Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. Have a few windows opened
2. Enable Workspace View and Expose All Windows as hotcorners.
3. Go into the Workspace View and from within this view go to the Expose All Windows hotcorner
4. Select any of the exposed windows
5. The Workspace View is still enabled but not functional. The window isn't functional either. The computer is partially frozen.
To unfreeze you have to go back into the Expose All Windows view and go into another Workspace using this view...
Expected Result: Expose All Windows should exit out of the Workspace View and not overlay the Workspace View.
