Bug Description

KARL needs functionality similar to Products.LongRequestLogger, which periodically logs tracebacks from long-running requests to help identify which code needs optimization. The repoze.debug package added in lp:523805 was a good idea, but doesn't provide enough information.

BTW, Products.LongRequestLogger is a monkey patch of Zope 2, so we can't just plug in that package.
