RT3070 usb dongle very poor perfomance

Bug Description
I have D-Link DWA-125 rev A2 [RT3070] and connect to 802.11n network.
At 12.04 and 12.10 driver shows a very bad performance. Constant breaks, dropped packets and loss of signal. On other os this dongle shows a good perfomance.
