Bug Description
The following strings for observability plugin do not get translated when I switch language. What happens is that if I start Stellarium in English they remain in English even if I switch to Arabic and if I start Stellarium in Arabic they remain in Arabic even if I switch to English:
Previous Full Moon: %1 %2 at %3:%4.
Next Full Moon: %1 %2 at %3:%4.
and the months abbreviations Jan, Feb, ....

Similar issue was into Angle Measure plugin and we solved it via method for text drawing. Possible that idea can use into this plugin too.
