Bug Description
Create a milestone that ends in .10. For example, "12.10".
Launchpad will first error with this:
"Could not retrieve milestone 12.10"
Then you reload the page, and you see that your milestone was created as "12.1".
Click on it, change details, and then you can name it "12.10" as was originally intended.
