Launcher - Edge of tiles (with backlight disabled) is too opaque

Bug Description
Now we changed the default of the backlight option, is is disabled for not running apps.
The edge of the tiles is not the same of the edge of the workspace icon, it should be the same

Confirmed. The Workspace Switcher's tile looks much nicer than the rest.
