Bug Description
Title: No login needed resuming from suspend when Unity Panel menu is open
Summary: No login needed resuming from suspend when Unity Panel menu is open.
Steps:
1) Log into the desktop.
2) Open a menu in the upper right corner and keep it open (place mouse cursor there).
3) Suspend machine
4) Wait about 20 seconds for the system to suspend.
5) Once the power LED has flashed a couple of times, resume the system.
Expected results: User is requested to login before getting back to the desktop.
Actual results: No login is required to get back to the desktop.
Additional information: 1) 100% reproducible.
