setting default sort order

Bug Description
I am using marlin on precise and want to know how to set the default sort order. I would like to set ir to "modification_date" with reverse sorting. I checked the gsettings options and do not find any option related to this. I am able to do this using the context menu but this means that i will end up doing this for every folder.
