Bug Description
2nd clean install of 12.04, happened also on the previous.
Update manager shows up in the Unity Launcher, clicking it does not reveal the application main window, but quicklist actions: check, install, lock and quit work.
Clicking on the update manager quicklist item does not force the main windows to show.
This could reproduces over several updates on my previous system, and now on a fresh install of 12.04.
To reproduce:
- Update manager shows in the Unity launcher with updates;
- Clicking it does not reveal main window;
- Quicklists work, except the one that should display main window. Clicking *Updates Available* from the system menu also does not display update-manager's main window;
- Clicking *Install All Available Updates* works and install all updates;
- Same behaviour occurs next time updates are available.
Desired behaviour:
- Update manager shows in Unity's launcher;
- Clicking it, or clicking *Update Manager* on the quicklist, or clicking *Updates Available* from the system menu should bring the main window up and show the available updates.

Just a small clarification, on the GIF you see the *Updating Cache* window staying put when finished updating the lists, that is a GIF thing, the window closes when done.
