Bug Description
When trying to apply for sponshorship for UDS-r I am surprise to see that it is hard-coded to an old mail address I don't use anymore since more than 6 months, and that mail address was erased from my launchpad profile since over 6 months as well.
I can't change the mail address in the application form and had to add it in the personal details.
