Bug Description

Evergreen master

It looks like when https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1009980 was tested, I missed that it broke the logic for generating the edition statement display.

It seems that those && should have probably been || instead.

Branch to fix forthcoming.

Oh, hmm, affects rel_2_2 as well, since the original change was backported there.
