Dragging on a quicklist item highlights the wrong item in the list

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

CNR, perhaps my system is too fast.

As detailed on #ubuntu-bugs, the steps to reproduce this are to click on the quicklist item and then move the mouse slightly.

I cannot reproduce this problem using unity trunk.

@Andrea, are you definitely following the steps I detailed in comment #5 above? Just a tiny bit of clarification, you need to *hold down* the left mouse button on the top item and then move the mouse slightly while the button is held down. You should then see the highlight change.
