Bug Description

Currently the Syndetics module does not use summary data from the summary.html link,

For example,

http://syndetics.com/index.aspx?isbn=1439192987/summary.html (plus client and type)

It looks like at this point, only the following Syndetics screens are accessed at one point or another,

toc.html
anotes.html
dbchapter.html
ljreview.html
pwreview.html
slreview.html
chreview.html
blreview.html
hbreview.html
kireview.html
