Select Window Not Working -- Unhandled Exception in Callback

Bug Description
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Start shutter from terminal ( `$ shutter `)
2. Click toolbar button "Select window with your mouse"
3. Click an open window
You should observe that:
- Shutter seems to do nothing -- but will not allow additional screenshots to be taken
- The following warning appears in the terminal:
$ shutter

Is there a workaround for this bug? I tried to use the Window option for the first time but it seems strange that it apparently doesn't work since 2012.
