Bug Description
Windows 7 - 64-bits
Rev 11547
Alt+D is not cloning selection when Export dialog is docked, instead the "Drawing" button is selected in the dialog.
This issue is due to the ALT modifier key that allows to select a command in a dialog or a toolbar from it's underscored action letter that is trapped by the dialog window.
-------
In fact, all ALT+? shortcuts are not working if the letter is already Assigned.
I tried by changing the Inkscape interface language to "Dutch" (Nederlands):
File, Edit, View, [...] are replaced with Bestand, Bewerken, Beeld, [...]
So when the "Dutch" language is active, the shortcut ALT+D popup the (Beeld) menu (and this has nothing to do with the export dialog docking system)
