"Open With" application list in right-click menu is truncated

Bug Description
The list of applications in "Open With" in right-click menu is truncated. No more than 5 items are shown there. For example, I have Inkscape installed and it's not shown there for .svg files.
I believe this behavior is leftover from the times when we had "Open With" in sidebar.
