Bug Description
Dynamic Notebook
There should be a context menu item "Close Other Tabs" that closes any tab other than the one you've opened the context menu from.
This item should be insensitive if there is only one tab.
Bonus points if the string changes to "Close Other Tab" when there is only 1 other tab.
