Bug Description
Selecting "Run as Web Application" in the add Bookmark dialog doesn't seem to create an App Launcher.
All acts of Saving a web page for later should be easily done from that dialog, including creating an App Launcher.

That makese sense to me. These are in fact slightly different forms of the same feature. We most likely should consider removing, or down-playing the checkbox and make creating proper launchers more exciting.
