"Quit on lose focus" should loose focus only if clicked outside the pane

Bug Description
Currently the action quits the pop up pane even if u click on the top part or even near the edges. The expected behavior should match exactly like browser overlays. I.e. clicking anywhere on the "pop up preview panel" should not cause it to loose focus and quit
