readv() error when trying to commit

Bug Description

When I try to commit changes to my development branch, I get the following error

bzr: ERROR: bzrlib.errors.ShortReadvError: readv() read 0 bytes rather than 211 bytes at 0 for "750b97a4cc5bd3ba3e06f5e903f467f8.rix"

How do I fix this error so that I can commit my changes?
