Bug Description
SNN 2.0.1 is missing a few widgets in service_
Cross-referencing with SilvaDocuments' viewer, it's missing:
cite, code, toc
Since their addable through kupu, these should probably be included in the
viewer also, or the tools hidden in kupustyles.
