SilvaNews items require description to be filled in to display properly

Bug Description
When the description metadata field is not filled in for SilvaNews news items,
the RSS feed for the news viewers the items are displayed in display the
description contents of the nearest parent that does have it filled in, which is
usually not very informative (nor relevant). Using the results of the
'get_intro' method on the news items would return way more interesting stuff, so
it would be cool if that would get used instead.

Fix released in at least SNN 2.5, possibly earlier. The description of the rss feed channel is pulled from the news (or agenda) viewers content_description metadata (acquired if necessary). The description of each rss item uses get_intro.
