Bug Description
Evergreen 2.2+
Attempts to propagate funds via the Fund Propagation and Rollover action in the fund list page results in a progress dialog that never completes. This is the result of two separate issues.
1. Namespace pollution of localeStrings from widget/
2. Funds missing from the local cache as a result to recent changes to the UI.
Code to repair both in progress.
