windows can get maximised on a hidden screen

Bug Description
It looks like when you maximise a window, it gets maximised on the screen where then center
of the window resides. That means that if a window is partially hidden on the bottom of your screen and you
try to maximise it, it will go to the screen below, which is hidden. So you can make a window disappear by maximising it ...
Windows should IMO get maximised on the screen containing the mouse cursor.
This is with dual monitors and ubuntu Ubuntu 12.04 LTS on an up to date system.
