Bug Description
By depends I mean one of Suggests/
/etc/dbus-
This leads to...
arcadia:~# cat /var/log/
Unknown username "whoopsie" in message bus configuration file
It's not an error and it doesn't break anything, but it should be easy for you to change things a little. One option is to create this user, though I'd coordinate that with the whoopsie developer. A perhaps better solution is to split this configuration out so that is will only be included if/when whoopsie is installed or the whoopsie user is available.
