Additional layouts disappear after suspend

I have installed xubuntu with Ukrainian and English keyboard layouts enabled. After that I added Russian in the properties of xkb-plugin applet. After each susped/resume the third layout (Russian) disappers completely and I have to add it again.
Not sure that the problem is in xfce4-xkb-pluin itself, however.
This is a serious bug - inexperienced user will be completely paralized if the laptop resumes with no kayboard layout!
