package bootchart 0.90.2-8ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

I installed bootchart to view the issue with Ubuntu 12.4 not rebooting after suspend. It created this error when I rebooted from the shutdown. I now get several errors when booting upon a Toshiba NB350 N440BN.
