Bug Description
This can be reproduced with lp:qreator, rev 51:
$ quickly release
Obté els paràmetres del Launchpad
Launchpad connection is ok

Command returned some ERRORS:

ERROR: Python module QRCode not found
ERROR: Python module helpers not found
ERROR: Python module Window not found
ERROR: Python module qreatorconfig not found

Ubuntu packaging created in debian/
After that the upload and build succeed, so the errors seemed to be a red herring, but it creates a bad user experience and some confusion.
Strangely enough, the other time I issued the 'release' command it did not return any errors.
Could it be that bug 746565 is back?
