eclipse install only works for root user

Bug Description

When install eclipse application from ubuntu tweak, it's works completely well if you run as root.

Some example, if you install some plugin, eclipse say that it is installed, but you have no features of the p0lugin. Otherwaise, if you run as root eclipse and install the plugin, the plugin is avaiable for everyone.

Could you try to remove Eclipse, then install it from Ubuntu Software Center?

I guess it is not an issue to Ubuntu tweak, but a common package issue.

Yes, I tried to reinstall from ubuntu software center, and it wasn't work anyway.

I report to ubuntu tweak because I install some computers with ubuntu in the last week, and I installed eclipse in each computer from ubuntu software center and it works fine but and in one computer I use ubuntu tweak to install it, and in this computer eclipse fails.

AI think as you know when you remove packages, some files are still stored in the computer(eclipse.ini etc). Maybe some configuration file is damaged? Is it possible a ubuntu tweak fault or is it not possible?

I don't think it is a fault of Ubuntu Tweak, because both Ubuntu Tweak and Software Center call the "aptdaemon" to install packages, Ubuntu Tweak itself doesn't deal with the packages and configs.

Have you done any other operations on the problem computer?

No, I did a fresh install and install ubuntu tweak for install all the applications in a simple manner.
Nothing special I did in this computer....
