Bug Description
Option `--dry-run` currently shows the bugs in internal format, and it also does not know if a bug will really be uploaded to the repository or not.
Therefore the display algorithm should be moved at the end of the bug pipeline.
There the knowledge is present, if a bug is written to the repositories.
Showing the bugs in repository specific format shows eventual errors in the
configuration of a translation filter.
Pretty printing of repository specific bugs, is also necessary if bugs can be
downloaded from the repositories, and stored without further processing.
