Bug Description
The proposed-by-team report resets the time with a new upload before the previous migrates to the release pocket. E.g. a Debian package gets synced, always ftbfs, but never migrates.
Maybe more difficult to implement, but the time would be more accurate, counted from the time the package last migrated.
