Adding an idea with a title containing a "%" character to Ubuntu Brainstorm

Bug Description

http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/submit/2

Before adding an idea, you have to check if there are duplicates.

To do it, the website asks you to type the idea title.

But if the title contains a "%" character (like this: "100% support"), the checking is displaying as "Updating...",
while actually the request was made, but the 400 Bad Request status is returned from the server.

The user, however, doesn't see any warnings, so they may think that something is wrong with their browser or Internet connection.

The "Continue" button is disabled, so the only way to continue adding the idea is to perform the check with some other title, without the "%" characters.

Thank you very much, Andrey.

It was sort of frustrating when the issue was marked as invalid.
