Bug Description
Possibly related to Bug #519256. Setup.
1. Create entry with OldName
2. Link to entry OldName
3. Rename OldName to NewName
a. OldName exists in name map and won't be cleaned since it is linked
4. Create a new entry with OldName
a. System still lnks to original entry and won't remove the old name as it is used by NewName
When saving a new entry any old names with that entry should probably be cleaned up.
