Bug Description
text formatting in boucft is not correct. Code examples do not text wrap correctly. Lines with <screen> tag get a grey box. The text is running outside of this box.
Additionally some <note> tags also have the <screen> tag giving them a grey box within the yellow note box. This is undesirable.
