Bug Description
When attempting to reinstall the currently installed kernel from the options, Boot-Repair appears to hang, but in the background it's actually halted on a Yes or No prompt when looked at with htop, it shows a window title in the process list saying it's not a good idea to remove the currently installed kernel and asks with a prompt if you want to continue or abort the operation while the GUI frontend of Boot-Repair hangs on the loading bar which is stuck. A window needs to be present to show the user that an action needs to be done at this section of repairing the boot when attempting to remove and reinstall the current existing kernel.

Thanks Phillip.
Please can you indicate if you can reproduce the issue (better try in a VM) with latest PPA package?
And on which version of Ubuntu ?
