"current" page in 1up mode should be the one in the center of the view

Bug Description
In 1up mode the current page is taken to be the one crossing the top edge of the view. What the user (e.g. me!) usually expects is that if doing copy/paste from the address bar the page in the middle will be the one displayed. If the current page is taken to be the one in the center of the view this will be the case.
