use book title from OL when it is available

Bug Description
When the book title is available from an Open Library it could be used instead of the book title from the archive.org metadata. The title on OL is wiki-editable.

Note that the OL record usually comes in some time after the book starts to display, since the fetch starts during BookReader init and may take some time to come back.
