Bug Description
On FF 3.6 disabling the mousedown event makes it impossible to click to focus the keyboard on the pageview div.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load book into FF 3.6. e.g. http://
2. Click the 1up mode button
3. Click in the white space next to a page image.
4. Press up/down keys and page up/down. Page view does not scroll.
Expected behaviour:
The page view should scroll with keyboard use (e.g. up/down arrows in 1up mode) after clicking on the page view to focus the keyboard input.

This appears to make the game buttons not work to change pages when viewing on OLPC.
